what workouts that dont involve the gym?

im 13yo f and ive gone to the gym but i dont have a pass rn :’ so any reccomendations for home workouts or ? i do workout daily and eat healthy :-)

what kind of workout r u into? weights? then mayb u can get your own set of weights n workout at hm. cardio? go jog outdoor or get a skipping rope. yoga? get a mat n do it at hm. there is so many kinds of workout u can do outside the gym

yes, i go there once a week but i cant go more than that coz im lower sec 😭😭 i do have a mini weight corner in my house tho

u hv a weights corner at hm. u can train everyday if u want

look up on calisthenics and its progression. you can still do strength training with calisthenics with the proper progression.

check out youtube for workouts. or app for female fitness. i personally think dumbbells would be nice too

you can definitely try calisthenic or streetworkout. where do you stay? I have a free community that exercise together at the west side.
