- Tennanting out my 1room Masterbed Room Hdb @ Blk 601, Ang Mo Kio Ave 5, 2nd Floor Unit - I'm not staying there as Tenant are able to use the whole unit for them self as once awhile I will come to check. - 1 Common Room whhich I have to lock as per HDB requirements. Tenant are also able use the Store Room. - Both Living Room Masterbed Room are fully aircondition and service every 3month - currently there is an Existing Tenant which is going to end her contract by Month End. - Please Take Note: No Furtuniture will be provided in the unit as most Tenant will bring their own from previous home. I supply: - Fridge - Washing Machine - Fiber Optic cable already install, so you can subscribe your WIFI Modem. All paints are new as Existing Tenannt just stay about 5 months which she decide to break the contract. Tennancy Agreement:- -All agreement will be made in Official Paperwork and your name will be include in HDB. Once your name included a letter by HDB will be sent to you for Change Of Address. - Utility Bills will be Paid by Tenant - Aircon Servicing will be done by Tenant every 3 months and keep the reciept for future verification. Conservency Charge will be paid by me. When you take over the unit, is the same as how that was hand over to you. Late Payment/ Not In Time:- Will be explain by Owner. Method of Rental/Deposite Payment:- - GIRO - Bank Transfer - Cash ( not Recommended ) Terms and Condition will be in the Tennancy Contract - 1year Rental = 1mth( deposite )+1 Rental upon Moving In) - 2 year Renal = 2 mth ( deposite )+1 Rental upon moving In) DEPOSITE should be made upon confirming after viewing. OWNER SHALL TERMINATE THE CONTRACT EARLY IF PAYMENT NOT MADE PROMPTLY OR EITHER BREACH CONTRACT.
