Went to the shop to fixed my lcd issue. What could have been better ? 1. Open the shop on time if you asked customer to make appointment. Not 15 mins later while customers squatting outside the shop waiting. 2. Need a return trip to fix the same problem. Suspect did not replace new LCD first time round but did some wiring connections. Should measure yourself with the number of customers returning for 2nd time or more. Set a high standard for your shop. 3. Transparent in what was replace. Show your customers they are paying what they come for. 4. Its always easy to make a good living but your customers word of mouth is more important than what you say in your marketing papers. Any technical people can do this business. Do it for the long run. Do it well. Do it right Do it once I bother to write this because they have potential. All young men. But managing it to be bigger I think they need to sit down and write a new mission value statement.
