Provide customer support via calls and emails with excellent work etiquette, patience.
Ability to response to customers’ needs/enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
Coordinate and monitor all customer queries effectively and escalate to management when necessary.
Act as a coordinator between various internal department within the company and customer to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Maintaining customer particulars and transactions, feedback and cases history of customer to CRM.
Follow up actions after calls and emails to ensure pending inbound enquiries are solved.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Kent Ridge
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30-5.30pm, Alt Sat 8.30am to 1pm
