Many medical school admissions require you to do SJTs, including Singapore's Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. It takes up 1/4 of the segments in the UKCAT. SJTs are a set of questions that test your ethical standards and acuity of response when dealing with a situation, which is an essential skill in the medical field. This book, along with the Get Ahead! The Situational Judgement Test title (my next listing) has helped me tremendously in understanding the thinking processes a good doctor should have so as to make the best decisions in a given medical dilemma. I probably owe my success in the UKCAT SJTs to this.
