About the Author Tan Tat Jin is the Founder of Capelle Consulting (previously SDC Consulting), and has been its Managing Partner and Principal Consultant since 1995. He has several decades of consulting experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Owner-Managed Businesses and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, he held several positions in Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd from 1982 to 1995, including serving as its Organization Effectiveness Advisor and Learning Systems Advisor in the East and Australasia region. From 1992 to 1996, he was also a tutor-counsellor for the University of Strathclyde's MBA program on Organization Development and Management of Human Resources, and the University of Sheffield's Masters in Education program.
