Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for all AR function including filing, sending of SOA, collection calls, handling billing/invoicing to customers
• Proper documentation of invoices and other supporting documents.
• Manage cash payment and petty cash.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in corporate tax / GST filing.
• Prepare audit schedules.
• Handle general administrative duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, or LCCI, or GCE "O" level with Accounting Certificate
• Preferably 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Automotive industry (E.g Automotive Garage, Car sales Accounting)
• Familiar with using Quickbooks Accounting System
• Able to start work immediately or short notice
