Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the Company’s central filing storage system
Process the movement, creation and disposal for physical and electronic records
Work with end user departments to handover and classify their records & housekeeping of documents
Required to perform shelving and sorting of files, retrieving of records archived in boxes stored in off-site warehouse
Able to handle records which may be dusty and perform shifting of boxes when necessary
Packing of documents / records and/or arranging for storage with vendors at warehouse
Assist with the general day-to-day admin duties (e.g. pantry/facilities/store, etc.)
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or relevant disciplines.
Preferably with experience in an admin support function.
Meticulous, well-organized and self-motivated.
Team player with ‘can-do’ attitude
Good communication and strong follow up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook).
Able to work outside of office hours, if required.
Comfortable with contract positions
Working Location: Toa Payoh
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
Commitment Period: 6 months contract
Salary: up to $2500, depending on experience
