Responsibilities • Providing administrative and documentation support for the Company’s Sales Department and Warehouse Department • Providing human resources support services for the Company • Assisting with accounts payables and receivables for the Company • Assisting with the preparation of reports for the Company • Assisting with the Company’s daily office needs • Performing miscellaneous administrative and documentation tasks on an ad hoc basis as assigned by the Company Requirements • Proficient in MS Office (in particular, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and Googling • Good written and verbal communication skills, and listening skills • Possess initiative and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work • Possess planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • A minimum of a Diploma in any discipline • Preferred, but not essential, a minimum of 1 year’s experience in administrative duties
