Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for daily office administration duties, including but not limited to procurement of office supplies, maintenance and renewal of office equipment & contracts Arrange courier services, incoming and outgoing mails, conference room booking Responsible for daily support of HR such as employee data, reporting and correspon responsible for daily support of HR staff correspondence preparationdence preparation Participate in assigned HR projects;Handle leave & attendance record, benefits administration Handle travel arrangement (including hotel, Visa, flight ticket, car booking, etc) Maintain office supplies, stationeries and maintenance Assist in company events and staff activities arrangement Handle ad hor duties as assigned Requirements Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘A’ Levels Preferably at least 2 years of administrative experience Proficient in MS Office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Fluency in English, both written and spoken Strong interpersonal and communication skills
