Here's a real Brahin pallasite meteorite slice. It comprises beautiful translucent olivine crystals embedded in an iron nickel matrix. The surface has been mirror polished.
Pieces of this meteorite were first found near the Russian town of Kaporenki in 1807.
Pallasite meteorites are very rare, comprising only 1% of known meteorites.
This piece measures about 31x30x2mm.
Please note that one of the olivine crystals on this piece has come loose.
