Ask your seller for delivery. Stay safe at home.

Answer: No If your COE expires during this time, you are not allowed to drive / ride your vehicle under any circumstances. If you are caught, the penalty is a fine of up to S$1,000 or up to 3 months in prison or both, and your motoring license will be disqualified for at least 12 months. Keep your vehicle parked, and continue paying for its season parking until the elevated safe distancing measures are lifted on 1 June 2020. You can then arrange for a tow truck to deliver your deregistered vehicle to a scrapyard or exporter. Updated: 29 April 2020
