To attend to customer's complains, feedback promptly.
To provide customers with friendly and professional refund advice.
To handle refunds and process timely with the finance department.
To liaise with the various department for the refund follow-ups.
To provide promptly refund status update to the customer.
Provide administrative support to the refund teams for monitoring/following up/settlement of refunds.
No experience is needed, training will be provided.
An individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent, Dynamic and able to adapt to fast-paced operations environment.
Candidate must be willing to work at Changi Airport.
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Fridays
Hourly rate @ $8/hours (3 months Contract)
