General support on enquiries and administrative matters for the company.
- Attend for service hotline and walk in customer, including open service repair job in the system, appointment arrangement with customer and invoicing support during close job.
- Spare Part Sales Support: To provide support on customer enquiry, part quotation to customer, part ordering to repair part center and part packing, appointment arrangement with customer and invoicing support.
- Management Reporting Support: To prepare monthly service center KPI, outstanding service job list, GST submission report, activity chart, inventory report.
- Data Entry Support: Support engineers for the data entry into excel.
- System Support: System support on the service job, escalation system and inventory system.
- Billing and Payment Support: In charge of all billing and payment related issue, including make payment and chargeback, create new customer/vendor code, AR follow-up.
- Logistic Support: To work with external parties/customer to provide logistic support for the part sales, backup unit and replacement units to customers, including invoice documents preparation for custom clearance.
• Min ITE Nitec Holder (General)
• Singaporean Only
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot)
• Knowledge in SAP will be advantage
• Positive working attitude and able to work as a team player and also independently.
