Responsibilities: Multi task in answering call, replying to customer email timely Prepare delivery order and quotation To arrange for daily appointments and scheduling To maintain good customer relationship To respond to customer queries via phone call and email Monthly report and stock take Admin duties as assigned Requirements: Good written skills (e.g. to prepare reports) Responsible, positive work attitude and able to work well as a team and independently as well Able to start work immediately or within short notice 5 days' work week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
