Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback
Coordinate with and provide support to customers and respective departments.
Work with the operations team to provide feedback to customer on
operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted by the customers
and ensure that customer's performance measurements are met.
Preferably with at least 1-3 years relevant experience
Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability communicate at all levels
Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills
Knowledge in Microsoft office
