Customer Service Officer(Part-Time)
Working Location: Bukit Batok, Sembawang.
Working hours: Monday to Friday or Saturday & Sunday, rotational shift.
• Handle Incoming & Outgoing calls
• Handle customer enquiries via phone or email.
• Gather feedback from Customers based on product/service.
• Booking of appointments for Customers to engage in our service.
• Ensure KPIs are met while delivering quality service over phone.
• Promote & cross-sell products over the phone.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Lead.
Convertible to Full Time.
• Able to commit to shift schedules incl Sat & Sun.
• Minimum GCE "O" levels or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Telesales will be an advantage.
• Experienced in handling customers over the phone whilst feeling comfortable interacting with them.
• Customer Service Orientated.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Proficient in MS suite of applications.
• Able to start immediately would be preferred.
