Customer Service Officer
Working days/hours: 5 days (alternate weekend off), Rotating shift (9am-6.30pm / 12.30pm – 10pm)
Salary: SGD 1600 – SGD 2500
Career level: Entry level
• Promptly handle internal calls and replying of emails
• Coordinate and liaise with customer, forwarders and warehouse for delivery readiness and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with internal parties and delivery teams for fulfilment of daily deliveries.
• Attending and resolving customer concern over calls and emails professionally.
• Follow up and handle request/issues in a timely manner.
• Close monitoring of KPIs of daily deliveries.
• Ensure proper documentation and closing of all job files.
• Able to take pressure, self-motivated and active team player.
• Fluent in English with ability to speak one other language will be an advantage.
• Able to work on rotating shift and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Required skill(s) : Microsoft office
