Responsibilities and Duties Process customer's orders and prepare shipment of the orders Coordinate with third-party logistics partner to ensure the timely service fulfilment and real-time customer updates Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first Communicate closely with e-commerce platforms to resolve customer requests Proactively spot and correct any issue the could affect customer satisfaction or retention Able to make a reasonable judgment that is logical and well thought. Able to expose yourself to both sides of customer's and company's welfare and deal with any unpleasant customer support issues that may arise. Qualifications and Skills Be fluent in English (written and spoken) Have at least an O Level or Diploma Certificate Be patient and able to empathize with the customer. Try our best to satisfy customer's needs. Sense of responsibility and proactiveness. Will make an effort to help and participate to problem solve any issues when you witness it. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work and relate well with both customers and colleagues. Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google drive and the technical aptitude and ability to pick up new technology. Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues Able to commit at least 3 months.
