-Provide customer support via calls and emails with excellent work etiquette, patience.
-Ability to response to customers’ needs/enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
-Coordinate and monitor all customer queries effectively and escalate to management when necessary.
-Act as a coordinator between various internal department within the company and customer to ensure customer issues are resolved.
-Maintaning customer particulars and transactions, feedback and cases history of customer to CRM.
-Follow up actions after calls and emails to ensure pending inbound enquiries are solved.
-Highly customer oriented.
-Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
-Bilingual portfolio preferred to liaise with non-English speaking customers.
-Well-verse of MS Office application is essential.
-Team player with positive attitude.
-Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents Only.
Working Hours and Location:
-Mondays to Fridays 8.30 am-5:30pm, alternate Saturdays 8:30am-1pm, excluding public holidays.
-Around 10 minutes walking distance from Kent Ridge MRT and easily accessible by public buses.
