Job Scope: Respond to customers’ online queries and help to resolve issues they may have when using our website or mobile application. Communication with customers will be via email, WeChat or our online messaging platform. As the majority of our customer base is Mandarin-speaking, being able to communicate in Mandarin is necessary for this job. Requirements * Able to speak and type in Mandarin Chinese. * Able to work with messaging applications and email. * Able to work with other departments to fulfil customers’ requests.
