To be involved in the daily management of the company’s social media (Facebook) and company’s website, ensuring consistency in marketing of the brand.
Content creation and updates to engage target audience on social media
Help to execute marketing campaigns and assist to do up marketing plans
Management and maintenance of social media platform independently
Develop, implement and review of digital marketing strategy
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Work closely with sales, operations and marketing across the organisation
Handle in-coming enquiries and emails
Provide general administrative and clerical support such as data entry, filing, copying, scanning etc.
Maintain proper filing system
Handling incoming correspondences and distribution of documents
Covering reception duties when necessary
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, marketing, Communication, Business or related field
Good verbal and written communication skills
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases
Experienced in SEO and SEM
Experienced in content and design creation.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (i.e Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, Wordpress and etc) digital marketing mediums (Facebook, Youtube,.) and website analytics (google analytics, google ads, Facebook ads)
