We are looking for an Executive Assistant and Sales Support Administrator to join our micro niche engineering software company. This role will assist our Managing Director with administration, sales support, sale reporting, data entry, human resources and events. It will best suit a tech-savvy and organised individual that has a track record conversing with international clients. What we can offer Our office is within a cool shared office space in Bugis. It has a foosball table, table tennis table, and multiple break out areas. The area has a wide range of food and shopping options, parking and three MRT station within few hundred meters. Diploma or degree, in any field 2+ years’ experience in sales admin and 2+ years in executive assistant roles Able to work independently Business level English, and be comfortable providing customer service to international clients Strong IT skills, and be able to install desktop application software and explain this to others Competent user of many of the following applications: invoices and quotes with MYOB, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Jira and Confluence. Understanding of the sales process, i.e. quotes, purchase orders and invoices After training, be able to understand and explain license types and basics of each product Must be Singaporean or can work without a pass Be able to start within 1 month Highly regarded skills Basic HTML Email marketing Added content to a website CMS Software sales exposure Geotechnical Engineering or IT domain knowledge Marketing assistant experience
