What You Will Do • Manage a full set of Retail accounts including Retail Inventory accounts. • Handle monthly closing (bank reconciliation, process journal entries, etc.) • Manage and prepare petty cash and sales banking. • Follow-up and processing payment & related matters to some Chinese speaking suppliers. • Assist in yearly auditing including GST preparation and submission. • Liaise with banks and government authorities • Handle HR duties (payroll, leave administration, work pass applications/renewals, letters, etc.) • Maintain proper records and filing • Handle phone and email on Accounts and HR related matters. • Other ad hoc duties as assigned • MUST have SQL software knowledge.
