Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: - Verify and monitor monthly income and collections - Perform rotating counter duty manager role attending to escalated resident feedback/complaint - Arrears Management - Prepare annual budget which includes the routine income and expenditure budget - Prepare, check and review monthly and yearly reconciliation statements of accounts - Prepare overhead and capital expenditure statements, income and expenditure statement and balance sheet - Office administration and staff management Job Requirements: - Degree in Accounting / ACCA - Senior Executives looking for further career progression are welcome to apply - Preferably with at least five years of relevant experience in Accounting and Staff Management - Analytical and able to withstand stress
