The Logistics Officer will - Set up the event spaces as per client requirements (chairs, tables and other furniture needed for the events) - Settle the clients down for their events (ensure that their laptop works with the projector, and that all other equipment such as microphone, speakers and projectors are working) - Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event - Coordinate any repairs to be made to any equipment or furniture - Do routine checks and maintenance on equipment and furniture - Pack items needed for trainings and classes - Other adhoc duties

- Friendly and pleasant disposition - Able to work under pressure - Must be physically fit - Able to work on weekends and on shifts - Preferably with some experience with AV equipment, though not mandatory; training can be provided.
