Hotel front desk relations cum Admin

Looking for Chinese, preferably female and bilingual in English and Mandarin. As it is a smaller hotel, the job will require admin/housekeeping work. It is a family run business, not much hierarchy. Up to 2000 SGD a month for those with experience. Work hours are 8am - 6pm, 6 days a week. Off days are on any weekday and planned in advance. • Check-in and check-out guests • Any process related to customer service • Reply support or customer messages/emails • Admin tasks (income sheets/inventory) • Be friendly and smile, be able to build customer relationship • Looking for someone who is proactive and can think on their feet if and when situations do arise
