Roles & Responsibilities: • Full spectrum of monthly payroll processing which includes CPF submission • Responsible for all government claims, payment or forms such as childcare leave, maternity leave, levy waiver, NS make up claim, IR8A and IR21 • Handle foreign employees' work pass application, renewal, cancellation and ensure that the information is updated accurately with MOM • General HR administration (Preparing contracts or letters, handling of leave management) • Handle employees on-boarding and off-boarding process • Provide administrative support to all departments • Contact point for employees' enquiries such as salary, leave matter or grievances if any • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned • Co-ordinate medical appointments for new hires (including SP and EP) • Prepare and issue Employment Contracts Requirements: • Minimum G.C.E "o" level / Diploma in HR or related discipline • 2 years working experience in related HR environment • Well versed with Employment Act and statutory guidelines • People-oriented, excellent organising skills and able to multi-task • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
