• Full spectrum of administrative/secretarial/ duties/support to management/ management duties/ purchasing • Recruitment and advertisement for new position • Screen candidates for interview and arrange for interview. • Staff onboarding / exiting • Maintain and upkeep employee’s P-file • Maintain and update staff leave record. • Prepare of Letter of appointment, discipline & warning letters . • Prepare Letter of acknowledgement for employee resignation • Employment Handbook Review • Understand government local plan and research the grand from government. • Assist to apply the EDG for company • Any other duties pertaining to Human Resource from time and time • Monthly Time Card submission • Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls • Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete team work schedules. • Office facilities management. • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. • Good coordination works. • Others ad hoc duties as assigned
