A leading eCommerce Company located in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support operation head.
Main responsibilities would include coordinating documents, processing and managing spreadsheets in Excel. As many of their clients are Japanese, candidate must be bilingual in English/Japanese, Chinese Mandarin will be a plus.
Candidate must have strong organization skills, flexible to take on projects as necessary and highly proficient in MS Office. It is full time work, Mon-Fri. 9:30 - 6:00. The company can provide skills training and competitive benefits and package.
