AD hospitality manages and operates a chain of hostels and F&Bs. Main responsibility includes providing administrative support to the director and also, the following duties: -Data entries of supplier invoices including phone, utilities, rental bills, payments, including petty cash into the system -Raise TT form and payment vouchers -Process staff claims; petty cash reimbursements -Follow up with supplier/partners for payments -Monthly intercompany and creditor reconciliation -Responsible for office and pantry supplies -Provide general administrative duties and operational support -Worker application, renewed and cancellation -Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director We are open to flexible working hours and interested applicants, please email your resume to hello@adhospitality.com #jobs #finance #admin
