Handle all meet and greet emails in regards to orders, feedbacks, queries
Basic Admin duties including preparation of monthly Shift Roster for the team
Handle and respond to phone enquiries
Assigning customers’ orders to Customer Service Agents
Generating bi-weekly billings to Customers
Ensure adjustments are done before end of billing cycle
Deconflict billing disputes and ensure rectification of billing errors or issues.
At times required to escort clients to their destination
At times required to greet passengers upon their arrival or departure
Applicants must be willing to work in Changi Airport
Require good knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel
5days work week on roster including weekends and public holidays
24/7 operations on 2 shifts, 9am to 9pm / 9pm to 9am per shift
Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Fluency in English, Chinese/Malay or other languages will be a plus point (to liaise with Chinese/Malay or other language speaking associates
