Role: Motorcycle / Motorbike Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities: - Perform basic servicing & maintenance of any class or CC of any motor vehicle - Perform repair and replacement works on any motor vehicle - Ensure cleanliness of all motor vehicles, workshop, and store - Account for stocks of motor vehicle parts, accessories, and chemicals - Account for all tools & equipment in the workshop - Participate in events organized or participated in by Speedzone Motoring - Handle customer queries with regards to motor vehicle servicing, maintenance and/or repairs - Attend to customers and their motor vehicle needs - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service - Adhere to workshop & retail store protocols & processes Requirements: - Motorcycle Mechanic Certifications or At least 2 years experience or equivalent - Possess at the minimum a Singapore Class 2B riding license - Be able to converse in English.
