Biting point is at mid level of clutch free play. I not a clutch rider so rest assure throwout bearing not much wear and tear

Upholstery no tear.driver seat got one small tear
Exterior is not pristine .TBH got Weather marks and dents
Engine is very healthy and clutch is not hard
Lower arm and front and rear absorber require replacement
Paper value is about $8690 as at 7/6/19

Nowadays new cars so heavy to make driver comfortable but sacrifice pick up and FC. If you want the good power, this car is the last of mohicans.
FC is around 11.5km per litre with 50% city driving (<4k rpm)
Can hit 12+ km/l if <3krpm
Can be trafficlight warrior. Overtake Evo and type r on road.
Drive feel is like driving honda
Engine raw and punchy
I never go above 4k rpm
The car is bone stock
Best power fuel sipper car I ever driven
