Job Scope - Watch door at all times for walk-ins and customer arrivals - Answering phone enquiries, and support in email enquiries - Conduct briefings in the briefing area - Place their valuables in the safe area and ensure all cameras and phones are left outside - Watch the game (s) and give hints as required - Make sure players receive all possible assistance as they require - Offer the dress up routine and take photos for customers - Do the very best you can to explain any questions or issues, if necessary bring in the manager to explain anything - Post their photo on our FB/insta page if they want it there - Marketing in downtime - FB posts of customers, riddles and backlinks - Problem handling – basics of dealing with children, late arrivals, rowdy groups etc. - Ensure cleanliness of the game rooms and common areas Requirements - Customer Oriented, willing to do more to ensure good customer service - Flexible, well spoken and friendly Interested parties please email your resume to email@example.com, interviews will be conducted from 12th June 2019 onwards.
