Worked with 2 reputable commercial gym before doing my own full time personal coaching. Currently working at a private gym. Been in the fitness industry for the past 5 years and personally have 8years of training experiences in gym weight lifting. Formerly from the commando unit, I am well trained to be equipped with a strong mind and will. On the other hand, being passionate about fitness, my focus is to help individuals to achieve a healthier lifestyle and impart valuable knowledge to all my clients. Not a commercial fitness trainer who are usually hard selling/up selling because they have sales target to hit. •110% natural, drug-free, no steroid. I go by the hard way and I do not do short cuts like other trainers who claims to be naturals but not. You will know one when you see one. •Correct usage of the gym equipments, proper form and technique is the key to prevent injury. •Learn how to utilize different equipments for various exercises besides dumbbells. (Kettle bells, medicine balls, slam balls, TRX suspension, battling rope and prowler sled) •To understand the fundamentals of different aspects of not just weight training but also HIIT( high intensity interval training), cardio, strength and functional training. •Able to plan individual workout that caters to individual needs. •Last but not least, to build your confidence and make you a stronger and better self than you use to be.💪🏽 Result takes time, but if you have the motivation and determination, you will see the NEW you soon!
