It works both ways. Courier had informed and confirmed that package was delivered to address given. The only mistake I made was forgetting to take proof of mail before sending it over.
But you are claiming that package is not sent , thus meaning that the courier service was dishonest?? There was delay in replying as I had to contact said courier first which takes time.
Still I asked if you would like me to resend / refund you your money back, to which you requested the latter.
