We are a SME in the Enterprise Software Industry and we have rented a unit for own use. Currently I only have a few employees on my payroll and we are not maximising the space, hence the decision to co-share our space. We have 2 options: 1. Private Room - $600/mth 2. Work Space (System Furniture L Shape) - $350 There is a misc fee of $50 additional per month. Prices are non negotiable. So you should enquire only if the price fits your budget. How does this work: - We are not a service office and therefore there is no complex formality or deposit required. - You rent a space from us and pay us on a monthly basis. - Pay as you go, use as you need. - 24 hour access. Facilities Provided - 24 hour access - Ready to use Fibre Internet - Wi-Fi provided - Drinking Water Provided - Copier Machine (Colour & B&W) - Pay per page (Black is $0.02, Colour is $0.20) - Power Supply 2 gangs - Pigeon Hole for your letters - Open Meeting Area for you to hold meetings - Male/Female Toilet (No Shower Facilities) Accessibility: - 5 mins walk from Macpherson MRT Food (Air-con): - Foodcourt @ Starhub Building - Cafe @ Starhub Building - Coffeeshop down the street Food (No Air-Con) - Kopitiam down the street - A few other coffeeshops further away Upside of renting a ready place: - No need to do basic Reno; Most of the time, when you move into a ready unit, you still have to do basic Reno for electrical points, as well as for internet (Generally it will cost around $1,500 to $2,000 for that) - No need to pay deposit for electricity - No need to pay setup fee for Internet - No need to pay out front expensive deposit - No min contractual period, freedom to move out anytime - 24 hr access and self controlled air-con - No need to buy or rent your own copier or printer which is expensive but necessary for a business Downside of this place: - Our neighbour is a church, they conduct activities during weekends and the walls are not very sound proof; So if your work requires you to do video recording or voice recording in office during week ends, this may not be for you. Things to take note: - Do be considerate and do not make too much noise so that everyone can work well together. Payment Mode: - We accept only credit card subscription for rent payment - We do not collect cash, cheque nor bank transfer
