Report to Project Manager; Manage project tracking, status update and other general admin duties; Maintain and upkeep of filling systems; Input customer PO into the ordering system and track on invoicing status; Handle customer telephone calls on project matters and forward to project team to follow-up; Responsible for shipping logistics and courier (local and overseas) as well as tracking of material delivery; Support in tracking and update on the equipment and materials at the warehouse; Responsible for taking down minutes of meeting; Provide support to other departments in terms of project aspects; Any other job assignments from Project Manager from time to time.

Min Diploma in Business Admin or related to Administrator course; 1 to 3 years of experience in administration and logistic work will be an advantage; Project Administration Skillset; Experience in project tracking, project status update; Shipping and Logistics knowledge preferred; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin need to liaise with Chinese associates; Good presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin need to engage with Chinese speaking customers effectively; Proficient in MS Office, SalesForce or SAP software will be an advantage; Able to work independently and under pressure; and Able to multi-task and work within deadlines.
