Job Responsibilities: Perform receptionist duties such as answering all incoming calls, screening of calls, handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible and redirect calls, take adequate messages. Attend to guests, and visitors on a timely manner. Handle incoming/outgoing courier services. Liaise with freight forwarders for outgoing shipment Update internal telephone listing etc. Manage office supplies, stationery, business card, pantry supplies, and other procurements when required Any other duties as assigned by supervisor Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Commitment Period: 1 year contract Salary: $2200 Working Location: Somerset, walking distance from Somerset MRT Station (NS 23) Job Requirements: minimum GCE O Levels educational level or higher proficient in MS Office application prior experience with administrative/receptionist duties will be advantageous able to start work within short notice period able to work under minimal supervision and comfortable with multitasking comfortable with contract positions Interested applicants, kindly email an updated resume to calven.yap@capitagrp.com.
