Job Summary: Looking for a trustworthy, customer-centric car lover to represent & promote Carro’s trustworthy & valuable automotive solutions! You will identify & match suitable car sellers and buyers together, follow up with, discover and pursue new sales prospects while maintaining maximum client satisfaction! Job Responsibilities: - Manage all customer inquiries in a timely manner - Build strong rapport with customers and provide positive customer experience - Co-ordinating & facilitating all communications (including negotiating, feedback management) and sales between buyers and sellers - Collaborating with different teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Tech and etc..) to achieve more cohesive results, proactively analyzing trends and make suggestions of ways to improve processes or products - Proactively managing the sales funnel and actively seeking new leads - Documenting all interactions in our CRM Job Requirements: - Prior experience in car sales & purchasing in the automotive industry is highly advantageous, but we welcome those with other relevant sales experience - Working knowledge of local automotive industry landscape and market trends - Good verbal & communication skills, able to work independently under minimal supervision - Very persuasive yet honest (our mission is to provide trustworthy alternatives, so integrity is a MUST) - Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with at least 2 years of driving experience Attractive & Competitive Compensation Package!
