We are looking for a proactive and responsible with initiative Sales Support Administrator to perform a variety of sales administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Sales Support Administrator include providing support to our Sales and Admin managers, assisting in daily sales office needs to ensure smooth and effective execution of sales support such as basic project coordination, sales quotation, organize and schedule meetings and appointments, maintaining appropriate filing systems. and managing our office’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Sales & Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our project and office. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and attend sales queries Organize and schedule appointments Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Maintain a filing system Research new suppliers and sales leads Provide general support to visitors Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Provide information by answering questions and requests Handle multiple projects Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient Resolve administrative problems Analyse sales costing Prepare sales quotation Coordinating shipment and delivery Ad-hoc duties that may require from managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant; experience with imported furniture will be advantage. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanner Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task Attention to detail and problem solving skills Salary commensurate with work experience
