Stylish for Singles: Subaru BRZ
Scooby-Doo! Where are you? A joint collaboration with parent Toyota, the Subaru BRZ is quite a rare sight here. Its signature horizontally-opposed four-cylinder engine means that BRZ’s centre of gravity is much lower than the average car. And just like any traditional sports cars, the BRZ is only rear wheel drive, which breaks Subaru tradition with their more common symmetrical all-wheel drive setup which is seen on almost all their cars. In the right hands, the BRZ offers a well-weighted drive, allowing a little bit of opposite steer, tail-out fun around the bends, without being overpowered. The ‘Scooby’ coupe offers additional +2 seating at the rear, practical only for short journeys, and a therefore a good excuse for not having passengers at the rear. About the Car Subaru BRZ(2012-present), rear wheel drive system, 2.0 litre Horizontally-Opposed Boxer engine, 6-speed manual transmission, 200 horsepower, 205Nm of torque, top speed of 225KM/H, 0-100KM/H in 7.6 seconds.
