Position: 2 x Temp Admin Facilities Staff
Duration: Immediate - end of December 2018
Working address: Depot Close (Telok Blangah MRT station)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility
• Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption, as needed.
• Assist with receiving and dispatching of work requests to facility staff, vendors or other services providers
• Communicates proactively with client to understand their needs
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Able to interact with the general client staff & vendors with ease
• Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service
• Has a customer-oriented attitude
