Manger a variety of key accounts (customers) from end-to-end proactively. Ensure accounts meet customers' SLA and requirements. Handle customers' enquiries meticulously; build strong and amiable relationships with them. Assist in planning and developing sales targets and strategies that are in line with company's expectations. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve their satisfaction. Host customer visits, e.g. audit and witness. Coordinate and liaise with various inter-departments closely. Perform timely settlement, reporting and invoicing (e.g. PO and SO) function. Fulfil ad hoc responsibilities and duties when required.

Candidate Requirement

Diploma

Basic Diploma holder. Able to communicate well with and influence customer/colleagues of different levels. Skilled in customer service. At least 2 years' experience in account management/customer service. Responsible, adaptable, logical, analytical, meticulous and organized. Beneficial Degree holder. Well-versed in dealing with customers. Familiar with MS Office especially Excel. Knowledgeable in using systems, e.g. ERP. Self-driven, independent, and able to work smartly, ethically and professionally.
