As receptionist, you are responsible to answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay message.
Greet every person entering the office and direct persons to correct destination and ensuring basic hospitality is extend to the guest (serving drinks).
Manage visitor record log.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements, in and out of the organization.
Maintain the reception area neat, clean, and representable specially to the visitors.
As Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for general administrative and clerical support, prepare letters and documents.
Collects all the letters/ mails from the letter box, hand over to the respective person.
Maintain & ordering of office and pantry supplier.
Ang other ad-hoc duties.
