Want to do a quick shopping or movie date without looking bad? Having a fresh and dewy look does not require tons of make up items anymore! CC creams took us by storm as BB cream’s amped up brother, and there’s been a surge of products in the market ever since. In fact, CC cream give you a "naked perfect skin look" compare to BB cream - a "natural make up look". It contains SPF protection, is moisturising and, well, you apply it to your entire face – just as you would with other creams. If the green tint of Za’s Colour Match Shield CC Cream looks intimidating to you, don’t worry. In fact, that’s really the least of your concern. Which brings me right to the heart of all this: How good is Za Cosmetic’s new CC Cream? 1. There is a noticeable difference I’d hate to sound like an overeager customer, but I’ll say this: Right off the bat, I could tell the difference on my face. I have some redness to deal with, thanks to some late nights, my skin had been looking lacklustre, and there was so much more left to be desired. So the green-tinted CC cream did add some vibrancy to my face, which I initially chalked up the fact that my face was in such dire condition that just about anything would be a drastic improvement. However, after getting my sleep cycle back on track, the product still made my face look fresher, and just, well, awake. Make of that what you will, but this is definitely a product that works. 2. It’s not heavy Since it’s a CC cream, it’s meant to be light on your face – and that’s exactly how it felt. It sat on my face well, and the best part is since the product itself contains SPF protection and moisturising benefits, there wasn’t a need for layering of products. After applying it liberally on my face, it barely felt like anything was on which to me, is the perfect finish. 3. Light coverage The fact that it’s so lightweight also has a bit of a drawback. While they do serve as a “pepper-me-up” product for the skin, it does come across a bit sheer, especially on days where you might need it more. The product comes out of the bottle purple, but it blends into a more neutral tone once you start applying it. While this makes it less of an intimidating product for beginners, more dire situations might call for your trusty, dependable concealer. That might be something many of you do already, but for those who are looking to buy a one-fix product, this is a note you definitely want to bear in mind.
